Paid upgrades to higher cabins/classes of services may be available and are offered at the sole discretion of the operating airline.
Any revenue associated with paid upgrades to higher cabins does NOT count to MQD earnings unless it is purchased with a Delta Amex.
All MQD earnings are based on the originally ticketed fare class/cabin at time of booking. Paid upgrades after ticketing do not modify earnings based off of flown fare class.
