- Any revenue associated with paid upgrades to higher cabins does NOT count to MQD earnings unless it is purchased with a Delta Amex.
- All MQD earnings are based on the originally ticketed fare class/cabin at time of booking. Paid upgrades after ticketing do not modify earnings based off of flown fare class.
