Tokyo International Airport, commonly known as Haneda Airport (HND). It is one of two major airports that serve the Greater Tokyo area in Japan, along with Narita International Airport (NRT).
As the main domestic airport in Japan, HND has numerous flights to various cities throughout the country. Additionally, it also serves as an important hub for international airlines with flights to countries throughout Asia, as well as some destinations in North America, Europe, and Oceania.
As for the surrounding area, HND is located in Ota Ward, Tokyo, which is a major commercial and industrial center. The airport is conveniently located near popular tourist destinations such as Tokyo Disney Resort, the Tokyo Tower, and the Shibuya and Shinjuku neighborhoods. Visitors can also easily access other parts of Tokyo using the city’s extensive public transportation system, including trains and buses.
