In February, I booked a ticket in V class but have since had an accident and need more comfortable seating. How do I go about getting an upgrade? Thanks!
Fare Class V is a main cabin fare class. To move to Comfort+ or First/Premium Select/Delta One, you’ll need to rebook in the cabin of your choosing. They will automatically rebook you into the lowest (cheapest) available fare class in the cabin you choose.
I’m looking at booking through a Costco promotion to Rome, Italy. The ticket portion says Economy V and Economy X. Do you know if this ticking offers one free checked bag?
Main cabin (both X and V) fare classes do not get free checked bags. Using an AMEX or having status may allow free checked bags.
An additional stop has been added to the flight itinerary of my V Class ticket. Am I able to get a refund for my ticket, credited back to my credit card? The increased delay is 4 minutes short of 120 minutes, so no refund there.
In August Booked an emergency international flight from HND to ATL to attend a funeral. Chose Main as i wanted to select my seat and change the return option so did not select Basic as it has least options and does not award miles. Didn’t look at fare class. Chose the cheapest cost as I was in a hurry. Stayed 10 days. Changed my return from 14 to 10 days. Checked and Noticed 0 miles – that’s at least 6,0000 one way, 12,000 RT. Not happy I was not credited. I’m a Silver Medallion member. Made a request for missing miles. Waiting for answer. Do I now need to check Fare Class to receive miles vs ticket price? I used to get miles for flights completed for Main cabin. I want to receive miles from Main cabin regardless of fare class. If you can share information on this I’d liked to receive miles for long distance international flights. Thanks.
